A minimum of 13% of the total bill is required in advance before we start work. The remaining schedule and any milestone payments are confirmed before the project begins. Final files are released once full payment is received, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Either side can end an ongoing project with written notice. You'll only be billed for the work completed up to that point — nothing beyond it.
